				In addition to his private practice, Richard M. Hendler is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Legal Aspects of Business at New York University where he teaches graduate and undergraduate students on all business law subjects. He also lectures on the subjects of ethics and entertainment law. His primary areas of research include business organizations, corporate governance, contracts, and Internet and e-commerce. In May of 1995, he was honored with the Teacher of the Year Award and the Eli Kushel Excellence in Teaching Award. He was also awarded the 1996 Citibank Award for Excellence in Teaching, as well as University Recognition for outstanding dedication and devotion to New York University and its students. More recently, he received the Outstanding Faculty Advisor Award of Beta Alpha Psi, by The Arthur Andersen LLP Foundation.
