				Richard M. Hendler established his private practice in New York City in September of 1993 after working at two of the largest law firms in the United States. With his broad range of experience, he has the expertise and resources to handle many types of business-related legal matters expeditiously including complex litigation. His premier full-service business law practice represents a wide range of clients in such industries as manufacturing, retail, real estate, entertainment, fitness, trucking and warehousing, and computer technology. Richard Hendler has represented large, medium and small sized companies with revenue ranging from $10,000 to $15,000,000, developers, entrepreneurs, cooperative corporations, and individuals with everyday legal concerns. In addition to running a successful private practice, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Legal Aspects of Business at New York University. At New York University, Richard Hendler is held in the highest regard by all of his students and the university community at large for continually going beyond his teaching duties and becoming actively involved in all aspects of his students education and well being. Outside of his practice and NYU, Richard Hendler speaks at seminars about current legal and ethical issues confronting the business community, and lectures for leading Bar and CPA Exam Review courses. He is also active as a member of the Board of Directors of the NYU Alumni Association. Richard Hendler graduated magna cum laude in accounting from New York University's College of Business and Public Administration, and received his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
